Hired Billy. Said he take $1000 as retainer. Sent one email asking how I would like to proceed. Never heard from him again untill I attempted a charge back. Then he emails stating that $$$ 1000$$$ was for an opinion only. I reported him to the Missouri bar. In my opinion he ignored me to help his Facebook friend the opposing attorney.
