These people should be in jail for their billing. They will ask you to use two or three lawyers for your case and triple bill you for every hour. Kyle is a total clown and completely worthless and plays on his phone every meeting (probably spending his time billing multiple clients for the same time). I had Amy as my primary and she wasn’t in the same league as the opposition counsel. She didn’t do things like put stuff in writing and she didn’t know about statute of limitations for things and the other lawyer was just smarter and would take advantage of Amy not being very bright. They will mail you every email in letter form to bill you for the time to do it etc instead of just forwarding emails like every other firm. I heard they have to use multiple lawyers bc none of them are good enough to do a case on their own and I believe it. My case was based on my ex wouldn’t let our kid go to private school despite special needs. Amy suggested I settle and keep him in a terrible public school. If I listened to her my kid would be in one of the worst schools in the country. Amy and Kyle just aren’t good at what they do for a living (except billing). Use someone else.

If you want a law firm that will triple your bill, make double/triple copies of paperwork and mail to you and charge you for every page, every text, email, phone call, this is the firm for you. They make unnecessary motions to run your bill up. They put 2 attorneys with you and are so scripted in what they say they will do for you. Amy does not keep up with what she tells you in your meetings and then gets you in a bind and then more charges to your account. She cusses and is unprofessional. A simple child support motion cost us over $20,000. I would not hire them, they are the worst firm-money hungry company in Oklahoma.

Other reviews stating a money hungry poor attorney firm are spot on. So is the level of disrespect in the way Amy in particular conducts herself. She will shout at you, talk over you and any concerns she will dismiss to discuss what only she feels is relevant without an explanation of why. She has no social etiquette that would be expected in a professional. My father chose this firm and we realized it was a mistake. They really never seemed to have any plans to address any issues that made practical sense. Their suggestions in fact my family thought would sabotage the case. So glad I have a different attorney and regret the time and money we wasted on them.

Out for money! They charged my ex-husband 65K for a divorce settled through mediation,( I payed a reasonable 8k). It still impacts our family! Bad business, gives attorney's a negative reputation. I don't know how employees can work for such unethical people.
