AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. They start off friendly and responsive, but as soon as they get your money, they disappear. I personally know multiple people who have experienced the same issues. Their lack of professionalism is shocking—they misplace important documents, fail to provide updates, and don’t keep track of cases. They charge an outrageous fee for minimal effort, and once their “job” is done, they completely ignore you. Emails, voicemails, and phone calls go unanswered. To make matters worse, they only pick up the phone for new clients—if you’re already a customer, don’t expect them to answer. This place is a complete scam. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED! I am beyond disappointed and furious. They are all nice and attentive in the beginning. Once they have your money, they disappear. A couple of people that I personally know had the same issue. Nobody is doing their job. They lose your documents, forget about updating and keeping track with your case. They charge an absurd amount of money for a 2 min job. After they do their " job," they ghost you and don't bother replying to emails, voice mails, or calls. I can go on and on. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL@!!
