Michael Brown law firm did a consultation with myself as a former federal government Whistle Blower, he represents clients for employment matters and fraud, etc. He wrote that my ERD cases would not be admissible or something that the ERD DWD would take regarding State employment claims, but the ALJ disagreed. Based upon Brown's responses, cold, curt, responses; I would not recommend this firm I feel that this law firm may either have a conflict of interest or very out of touch with retaliation, discrimination, whistle Blower Retaliation after testifying, WhistleBlower's who have or are still experiencing retaliation based upon our conversation. Today I sent the fraud proof of direct evidence caused by my federal government employer who changed my personnel records concealed and UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL RECORDS CHANGES and he couldn't care less. Generally, this actions is considered direct evidence and most lawyers would take such matters more seriously than Brown. I just can't recommend this firm.
