David Duwell is a very corrupt individual. He helped the defense in my lawsuit tamper with evidence and rig the trial. He refused to challenge the tampered evidence at trial and help the Judge and defense rig the trial by not allowing me an evidence review before trial. Don't trust him. Really bad and corrupt attorney.

David is a likeable guy, that's why I hired him. Unfortunately David wasn't able to do anything for me, despite my former employers breach of contract and willfully withholding evidence in a federal investigation exposing myself and co-workers to a lethal carcinogen and lying about it; David refunded my retainer. I still don't understand how this case is not legally viable, Godspeed David.
