I called talked to Julie Rose about a trademark then she sent over the information about trademarks and fees. Call again and talked Julie Rose they emailed me to set a date and time for a consultation I emailed them back with one question that’s it and I get no response called Elizabeth Isaac by phone left a message no call back nothing! I understand attorney’s have cases and priorities to other clients, but if I planned on spending 4k with these attorneys than I would think that a I would treated with a respectable reasonable response time. After waiting two days for a response that’s just good business practice. They must be only in it for the money and don’t care about future clients.
