I have only consulted with Dan Fowler. Years ago. Super nice guy. He could answer questions about everything. Beautiful office, historical building, staff was very nice. No wait time. He explained the process and the different ways that it would work happen. Also recommended other attorneys if needed and spoke respectfully about them. In the end he delivered and all was good. We both graduated from WVU. So lots to talk about in between. Interesting lawyer with decades of experience. Unfortunately I had no business with his associates so I can only speak of Mr Fowler. Highly recommend! Everyone on staff that I've met so far has been extremely helpful and accomodating. They understand the avg citizen needs assistance to start the process of a personal injury claim; in my case, stemming from a car accident. Not to mention they are willing to do initial consults/give some initial advice free of charge. I can't speak for Mr. Dunbar, but my experience with Mr. Fowler has been bar none! He even told me in our first meeting, he'd rather arm a client with the initial advice they need to proceed on their own even if he KNOWS they don't necessarily need an attorney, even if he KNOWS, as a result, his firm won't be hired to take the case, because they understand having helpful and client-needs based reputation will go farther in the long run than what he'd make off of one case. Most honest and genuine attorney I've ever come into contact with.
