My 3M class action is taking forever. O ly hear from them when they want something, otherwise they are ghosts. Dont knownwhat they did for my that is going to cost 1/2 my settlement. All my other attorneys took 1/3 for their payment. This firm is a total scam and not worth what they are stealing from veterans. If I could change to another firm I would. The 3M suit is just a huge money grab from from veterans and some of them are desperately going to need the funds. I really hate attorneys, corrupt thieves the skirt the laws.

Failed to deliver my paperwork to the settlement administrator for 3m in a timely manner so I had to do their job and provide it myself now my fifo number has been passed over for payment I don’t know why they would not want to take care of this asap because if I don’t get paid they don’t get paid for my case I send emails but receive what seems to be auto generated responses I know they are because I received the same exact email on two separate occasions. Please do not do business with them.

These people are scammers. They will only call when THEY need you to get paperwork. They will barely do anything to help your case. Your loved one will die before you see anything. My mom has had a case for 8 years. I've been going through hurdle after hurdle of made up bs. STAY AWAY FROM WHAT THIS COMPANY CLAIM'S THEY DO. ITS A LIE. Edit: 4 months ago they told me checks would be sent out. I emailed them in December and now the story has changed. The lawsuit was not signed on by all parties and now it's gonna take even longer. The stories change every time you call them and that's if someone answers. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE HAVE TO SAY. IT IS ONE LIE AFTER THE OTHER. 2025 update ******* I received an email from Archer systems probate court about my mother's case. Not only do they want 600$ more but you have to file a completly new case with them. They want her entire life story info, names , address phone numbers you name it. So please do not be like me and fall for this firm's scam.

I wouldn't use this firm to attempt to get me out of a parking ticket in Dumptruck, Mississippi. They filled out paperwork incorrectly for my 3M lawsuit. Once they were informed of this happening, it took 5 weeks for them to correct it, leading to my FIFO number, which dictates my payment date, to be an extremely higher number than necessary. Communication from this law firm is nonexistent, and whenever you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they use legal talk that any regular person doesn't understand, and rush you off of the phone. I had no choice at all in the choosing of this law firm. I signed up for the 3M lawsuit in December 2018, and this is the third law firm my case was pawned off to.
