The staff are really nice, The lady that started my case made it seem like my case was really easy because my son is in the military. I gave her $300 to run a foia. Three months later I paid her $1500 to apply for a perole in place, and another three or four months later, I received a letter from emigration office saying that my case was dismissed because I had an old deportation order. I called the office and the lady said that they couldn't help me with my case and offered to refund my money which she did. I don't think she ever ran my record before starting my case lol. Luckely I found an attorney that is working in my case, I know this could have been avoided if they just would have run a foia before starting my case. I'm not sure if Mr Douglas was aware of the way this person was working, but he should put attention who works in his office.

He couldn’t get any options for a standard case, or I would say he was more being sarcastic about our situation. He charged more than 300$/h for a consolation, after keeping us one hour late for our appointment. He spent less than hour with us and at the same time he was taking phone calls with other clients. I’m happy to say that we went with another lawyer that was able to help us for only 2000$, with a free consultation.
