I only choose a star because you have to in order to submit a review but they dont deserve even that. The attorney and his office dragged me for weeks and weeks waiting on a response, I sent all related documents and after many texts, calls emails they promised me a follow up. They only dragged me to the end of my deadline to file a lawsuit only to tell me they were too busy and recommended I contacted someone else with a week left to file a claim. I learned in law school that attorneys will not consider someone's case unless there's millions to collect but most attorneys will tell you upfront if you have a case or if they can help you or not. Not these idiots.

I rarely take the time to put my opinion online. I had to seek out a lawyer and was quite scary for me with what I was facing. But David DiJulio took the time to listen to me; answered every question I had within the day, which is quite rare for a lawyer and am very impressed; and put me at ease. I was facing personal bankruptcy from a business venture that did not fall through, and he was able to do the impossible for me. I cannot thank him enough for everything they have done for me. WOW, This firm is very unprofessional. I set up a zoom meet consultation and I paid the fee. Then on the day of the meet the lawyer did not show for the zoom meeting. So I called to see what the problem was and they said they were having problems with the internet and the lawyer was not available. I said ok just cancel my meeting and refund my money. Then they hung up on me. Then I called back and she blamed it on their phone system. I said ok, just process my refund. Then she said that she would talk to Mr. Dujulio about it. I asked why do you need to talk about it with Mr. Dujulio. I did not get my consultation, I did not get what I paid for so just process my refund. Then she hung up on me again. So now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. You would think an expensive law firm would be more professional than this, but no.

Here's the quick version: They recommended we post an illegal eviction notice to a tenant that could have resulted in a potential fine of $250/day for us, and then kept a portion of our deposit without completing any work. To top it off they never responded to an email requesting a full refund. More detail: It's possible we simply had bad luck with our service from David DiJulio and his firm, given the other reviews on here were the reason I even called them, but they told us to post an eviction notice illegally on our tenant's door, and then refused to refund $600 of a $1500 retainer after one 20min phone call where an associate told us we would "have to wait until David DiJulio is back in the office to get any answers." They charged us for "research" but never told us what they were researching.
