This is an updated from 2 months ago when I started with them. So the 5 stars I gave previously was because they ask you to rate 5 stars when starting and they will pay your $40. At first they was nice but now that has change since I filed. Every time I call Tina is very rude I let it slide a few times but this time I’m over it. This time she hung up on me in my face this morning cause I called after still waiting a return call from 3 days ago. I knew these 5 star review was bogus and to good to be true I told her I know I can fire the attorney and get another one and she said do you what you got to do and hung up cause she tired of me. The customer service is horrible. Mr. George is nice but that Tina is very rude but his customer service is no better cause if you not going to return my call why I’m paying you. But since Tina said do what you got to do I most definitely will. You charging all this money and can’t communicate with your clients that’s not good customer service.

Mr. Dezenberg and his staff (Tina) were quick to respond with an appointment. The office is conveniently located and accessible to all. Very professional and friendly people who are knowledgeable in their field. And spend a nice amount of time with you explaining what your options might be… right off the bat. I was extremely impressed with how much I learned right away so I could start understanding what I was looking at instead of trying to stay in limbo without any real advice or anything… I wasn’t rushed or anything and felt I could ask questions and get answers

Mr. Dezenberg was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout my bankruptcy process. Him and his staff made things very convenient for me and made the whole process much more comfortable and armed me with all of the knowledge I needed. I highly recommend this team!!

I would definitely recommend. When I couldn’t make it to my appointment on time they was able to switch it to get a cal. Mr. George was very nice and explain everything I needed to know. He also email everything and email over what I needed right away.

I had used Mr dezenberg back in early 2000's he was wonderful and easy to talk to. His staff was so helpful I decided to use them again for this chapter 13. Nothing has changed they are still a wonderful group to work with.
