After 18 months of being under contract to represent my Utility Patent Application attorney Dergosits emailed me to inform he did not respond to the USPTO Office Action from 5 months prior, and that he did not feel my invention was patentable. As this negligence placed my patent application in the queue for dismissal within a month, I secured substitute IP Representation. My new IP Attorney expertly responded to the USPTO Office Action and I have now been awarded the Utility Patent on my invention. I do not recommend Dergosits & Noah for any IP representation.
