You are extremely rude, you have no patient to talk to people. No customer service skills at all. You are very insulting, for you to ask me if I know what a police report is. I went to you years ago and thought it was someone else and you were rude then is still rude now. I would have never call if I knew it was you because you don't know how to talk to people, Learn how to talk to people respectfully. You probably deal with more older people who don't know how to write reviews about you but I do. Secondly for you to say to me this is the 3rd time you repeating your email address to me and you will not say it again because I couldn't hear you well, was extremely rude. I can't stand ignorant people like you. Just because you are a lawyer and have your own practice doesn't mean you can just talk to people any kind of way. I'm sure I am not the only person that said this to you. You are very insulting and rude. Being kind can take you far, it cost nothing to be nice to one another. All you had to say was I can't take this case and that's it. Stop and think before you open your mouth, be patient and kind.
