Chad and his team went above and beyond to every step of the way. There were times that I needed to talk to him and he wasn’t in the office. However, he took time out of his personal life to call me when I felt it was important he spent countless hours making sure my accident lawsuit paperwork were all in order and mediation. We didn’t get anywhere nearly what either one of us thought it would be so he took a price reduction that speaks volumes of Chad that he doesn’t necessarily care about his portion of the money he cares more about his client getting what he feels they deserve. I'm giving three stars. The first one for taking. over the case after five years since COVID from another lazy attorney. And when I mean lazy, I mean lazy. I went in and talked with the guy. 4 or 5 times. Not naming no names. I will say he was in Auburn. Second good *. Delventhal did set up mediation. 3rd *. Delventhal did pay me, right Away.??==== OK. two stars down. I was upset. I didn't get to meet and talk with him before the mediation. Second at the mediation I felt. he Wanted. Settlement immediately. and he was for the other guy. wanted his Commission. immediately. I mean, I hired an attorney to be Working for me. I'm an honest person, and I will say I was not happy at the mediation. I felt like I was working it by myself. And that's what they do at mediations. They auction you. auction you off to the cheapest bidder. My body will never be the same. After the guy rear Ending. Me at g 70 miles an hour. My husband had to care for me for 5 years. We had to wait for settlement. (Not Mr DelventhaL's fault.) End. My health is still way down. I should have held out for trial, but I got the feeling MrDelventhal did not want to go to trial and was not gonna .work on it. And since. this had been going on for five years, I wanted to end it. My overall. review of Mr Delventhal. He's a typical lawyer.. And 8% of my cut, leaving me with 25,000. For any medical assistant, I can't even afford to get. I would never hire. this attorney again. If you're going to work for 11,000 then work for it. If you're going to hire an attorney for accidental. I would find somebody that wants to work for YOU!. And you especially want somebody working for you. when you're in the mediation. I'D say it took him all of two hours to earn $11,000. I was hesitant on leaving this review. But you kept pushing me for a review. I'm not afraid of an attorney. And I give you my honest opinion.
