My personal experience was unpleasant. I first called for a consultation, and just for that, they promised a call back that I never received. I should've taken that and went another direction, but I ended up reaching out and went ahead with the consultation anyway (bad move on my end). The consultation itself went well. However, once I finally decided to retain them about a month later, I called to do so, and they promised me another call back...that never happened 🥴 As an office and/or company, I thought they didn't take ownership over their mistakes and everyone i spoke with kept blaming each other personally. It's pretty weird to have that kind of behavior. When you work for a company, you represent that company yourself. Period. I am moving on another direction, and I was thankfully able to find some awesome immigration attorney 💜
