My experience with De Castro Law was amazing, I know then since 2009 when I applied for my citizenship, after that they took care of my husbands case and was another win for us. Manuela the paralegal is amazing and very knowledgeable. I will always recommend them for anyone who is looking for a professional and trustworthy lawyer group.

We are very thankful with De Castro Foden and her whole team. They made the whole immigration process for my uncle and his family very smooth. Didn't make the process difficult at all. Walked us through everything step by step. If we were to give them rating out of 10, we would give them 10000/10 :) Thank you again!!!

I called this firm in October 2024 to be sure that I was taking the best steps from the beginning, and I was given the complete wrong advice about the best way to proceed. Then my petition was submitted to USCIS without first sending it to me for review, even though the paralegal signed the document stating that I had reviewed it. This is unethical, and illegal. I requested a copy of my petition after it was filed and the office emailed me back explaining why they would not give it to me. This is also unethical and illegal. I retained the email they sent me. Additionally the following mistakes were made on my petition that they filed with USCIS: fiance’s father’s name spelled wrong, fiance’s current address spelled wrong, fiance’s home town spelled wrong, pages of chat history evidence missing, my father’s first name was listed as my son’s name, my state of birth was totally incorrect, the name of my ex-spouse was listed incorrectly. How could a competent law firm make mistakes like this? I had to hire a new attorney to fix these negligent, egregious errors on my USCIS application. Emails were frequently not answered, the service was awful. The process was not explained up front. I requested my money back and was denied. I am now considering the next potential legal steps I will take with this firm.
