So, I hired this attorney for a personal injury case because he came highly recommended. I sent all the paperwork to his legal assistant Kristen. Apparently, she deleted all the files and they deleted all of her emails and so he never got my contract, which is tacky because he should have a system that automatically lets him know that a new contract is assigned, so all that power doesn’t go to his assistants. I called, sent emails and didn’t know she was fired until he called me. He was.VERY rude and nasty. Very rude. He had an attitude in his voice and when I asked him very calmly why he was so angry he went off on me. I wouldn’t recommend him to a snail and I believe I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Bar Association. The way he runs his business is tacky. I got a long list of personal files to send after I signed the contract and that stuff could be floating around anywhere. That’s tacky. I told him I did not like the customer service I was experiencing and he also went off. I didn’t know he had fired his assistant and I don’t like rude attorneys. So, I do not recommend him or his firm and I WILL be filing a complaint against him with the Florida Bar Association. Do better.
