BEWARE OF CONNIE YOON My car was totaled by a drunk driver while sitting at a red light 3 years ago. I had injuries to my neck and back as well. I went with David and his team and he made me feel really comfortable when I met him. David himself is very professional as are the people on his team. However, his colleague Connie made my case much harder than it needed to be. After my treatment for my injuries I would regularly call the office to check the status of my case and Connie was the one in charge of it. There were more times than I can count when I would leave her voicemails and send her emails and she wouldn't respond back. The times I was able to get a hold of her. Her answers were always "Oh we haven't heard back from the insurance company" or "Oh we're waiting to go to trial" or "Oh we're still waiting for the insurance company to make an offer". I kept stressing to her how I needed my case to be settled as soon as possible. This went on for almost 3 years. I sent David an email 6 months ago about why is my case taking so long? He had no idea this had been going on and that my case should have been settled months ago. He was very sincere with his apology. I don't know why but Connie had just been lying to me and no offer had even been sent to the insurance company like I was led to believe. She wasted almost 3 years of my case. She would not return any of my voicemails or messages either. Please do yourselves a favor and avoid this woman or the same thing will happen to you
