He was very professional and handled the government for me. I recommend him to my dad but my dad was denied due to lack of seeing a doc he is still waiting for Medicaid to approve him. I'm sure David will fight again for my dad who has no reading level and health problems that my dad cld not go to a doc due to lack of insurance. I'm trying to help support my dad but my income is very limited but he was a single dad so I'm sure it was hard to raise two kids on a farmers income. I know David lee won't let our family down he never did n the past best lawyer I know. He is a go getter

This attorney waited until 2 days before going to court before he mailed a letter backing out of working on a disability case because he “didn’t think he could win.” When he talked to the client that was fighting for disability, someone that suffered a traumatic brain injury and has difficulty remembering dates/times/places etc.... he obviously did not do his own homework because he said that this client had not seen a Dr since 2017..... had he reviewed any medical documentation at all he would see that this client was being seen regularly by IU Methodist not the local hospital. In his letter he also said that not only was he withdrawing his self from the case but oh by the way you still need to show up for your hearing.... so nice to know that you agree to be someone’s attorney for over 6 months and wait until 2 days before court to back out.... we are talking about a decision affecting someone’s life.
