I have rarely experienced a more well managed business. Everyone understands their role in helping with your case and they follow through and keep you up to date on what's occurring in relation to it. Everyone was polite and professional. I felt very comfortable with them as people, and comfortable in their expertise in handling my case. Mr. Dimmick was amazing. He was thorough in his handling of my particular situation, helped me understand what to expect as my case progressed, and interacted with me with compassion and respect.

The moment I talked to Mr. Dimmick for the first time on the phone I could immediately tell he wasn’t on my side. I should have hung up and called a different attorneys office. Highly doubt they allow this review to be published cause it’s negative. I’ve seen reviews where disability takes a very long time but for some reason my case was done in less then 6 months. Denied. I’ve been disabled since I was 11 or 12. I’ve had several surgeries on my left hip and one surgery on my right ankle. Told Mr. Dimmick he could find all my past records in Asheville memorial mission, memorial mission couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my hip so they sent me to a charlotte pediatric specialist. Doctor Steven Frick was his name. I told my attorney multiple times, that is where I had all my surgeries on my hip. After meeting with Mr. Dimmick in person for the first time he told me he could not find a single record of my name anywhere. Well, I didn’t hallucinate having several surgeries. And one surgery that was like a bone marrow transplant but I cannot remember the technical name. Which was the most excruciating pain I’ve ever been put through, I was awake the whole time. A child! And Mr. Dimmick and the Judge wanted me to have more surgeries, ummmm no thanks. My job history has been very spotty cause I can only work for so long until it becomes unbearable, reason I reached out to this establishment. Even during the in person meeting the things Mr. Dimmick would say I just knew he wasn’t on my side. Finally it comes to in person meeting with the judge, who is clearly degrading me, even told me to pick up a book called math for dummies. Incredible. She even told me when a doctor does one surgery on you they fix the problem that time. How does that even make sense when I’ve had multiple?? The judge was only asking me about where I live and who lives there. I didn’t see how that was important to claiming disability but I answered every question with honesty. My attorney never said a word. The whole thing was a waste of time and I feel like they dragged me to the courtroom to berate me, and laugh to each other after I left about my misfortune. People that drink alcohol can get disability, people on drugs can get disability. People with a physical disability cannot get disability? Wow! I know a man who is an alcoholic and he was able to get disability. This is insane every time I think about it. Drinking was a choice, having your hip joint almost ate to nothing by a bacteria was not a choice. 10/10 would not recommend this office. Only way he’s on your side if it’s an open and shut case. Which with all my surgeries one would think it was an open and shut case. Mr. Dimmick didn’t even try to represent me, fact. Didn’t even try to contact Doctor Frick, didn’t try to contact Memorial mission. Didn’t try anything.
