This firm was one of the worst experiences in my adult life. I was treated with no respect my David zipfel. I don’t know who this guy thinks he is but when you work for someone as an attorney, you should appreciate the opportunity to 1. make money & 2. Defend that person. I do not recommend this firm for any black or brown people. I am not surprised that Mr. Zipfel Would attempt to lie in reference to our communication. Mr. Zipfel took a case of mine for a Masarati $150,000, In which he did not communicate on specifics, When I would reach out to his office, I would not get any return phone calls I had to file a complaint in which Donna reprimanded her front desk staff. Mr. Zipfel is a liar and I will be sending a cease desist to your office. I am currently represented by John Shapiro law firm for business, I am represented by Grady and Riley for personal matters. It is a common thing for me to deal with attorneys what is not common for them to be disrespectful? If you had a good experiencing with them that wasn’t anomaly in addition to the fact that people change

My name is Cedric Newman. I have been a client of David Zipfels for several years. I am also a black man and a retired US Marine. Dave has handled my cases with professionalism respect and success. I have confidence in him to the point where I have referred other people I know who are also people of color to his office for help. No one has ever complained. As a matter of fact I just called his office earlier this week just asking for advice for a friend of mine on another type of case which was not a personal injury case and even though they did not handle the kind of case my friend needed help with they took the time to help me find the name and phone number of a local attorney who could help my friend. My friend is now scheduled to see that attorney for her case. Dave and his staff helped me and my friend even though it is not something they would get paid for or benefit from. SEMPER FI to David!

Dave Zipfel handles tough cases not just the easier car accident cases which he does very well. He is representing my wife in a very nasty case where people lied to get her arrested. This week , Dave had the criminal case dismissed and next , he intends to make those people who lied about my wife pay for the crime they committed against her. Dave is the guy I trust to fight for me and my family. You should too ! He is the real deal.
