I did not find this attorney as being aggressive and my case was handled passively with me having to reach out to her office for updates. Basically, I felt it was a waste of money paying her to get zero results.

Very responsive, and she definitely knew her stuff. I'm glad I called her when I needed an attorney.
Her upfront fees are $3500.00. If you use a card, they charge an additional 20% - and don’t tell you unless you ask about it. My case was an ADA case. Advise you to find an attorney, who only charges a percentage (she gets that too) if you win. Her advice is to settle in mediation, most likely you aren’t going to have your day in court anyway.
