Long story short: Failed to show up for a speeding ticket and stole my money. Even if they had done an incredible job they are way overpriced. Long Story: They didn't show up for my traffic ticket court day. They told me they did and that they would send me information about its resolution. Waited a week and heard nothing, called back and they said they didn't go but got it rescheduled. I called the court house the following week. They said the case had not been rescheduled and if a request for one had been made that it should have posted by then. I called the district attorney and got it resolved myself. I contacted Daniels law firm about a refund and talked to Daniels for the first time and got him to agree to a refund. I received a partial refund in the mail even though it was never indicated to be anything but a full refund. They kept $80 for the "work" they did I guess. In the most positive light, I basically paid these people $80 to procrastinate and lie to me about procrastinating. I on the other hand made 2 phone calls and the case was taken care of. Side Note: I wasn't planning on leaving a negative review unless I got jerked around about the refund.

It is in everyone's best interest to never hire him. His paralegal Kimberly is the most uneducated/ unprofessional person you can speak with she cry's on cue about a simple question, her child is always crying in the background. Walter doesn't abide by contracts and allows Kimberly as to run his business in the ground.
