They don’t communicate anything, and when I reached out periodically to ask what was happening with my case because it was taking so long with absolutely no updates, information or timeline, they would take days to respond with a canned answer “ we are still reviewing your case. We appreciate your patiences.” That’s all I got for 7 months. Same time and a headache and find a real law firm
