This firm is a waist of time and money. I used three lawyers from this firm to help me with custody and divorce proceedings. The first one Mr. Burns, gave zero legal advice and pretty much just proof read my ex wife's PSA and sent it back with no adjustments. Another one didn't even show up to court or submit a notice to the court that he was my legal counsel. He made claims that my ex is alienating me from my kids and told me not to worry about child support because she had already taken 10k out of my account and I was paying all her utilities and internet/cell. This lie cost me 13k in back child support. The lawyer, Mrs Robinson, charged me $1200 to write up the custody portion that stated I need to pay for reunification therapy in order to see my kids. And for some reason, to ease tension, she said sometimes you need to just listen to your wife and that her husband had to do it all the time. Then, in discovery, they didn't fight for my rights to privacy and wanted me to submit all of my medical history from the military until now. When it came time for court, they quit after I reminded them of the 10k and alienating and what they had said about it. So at the end of 25k and what seemed like then working for my wife's legal team, I found that chatgpt will do a much better job than this firm. I used AI to write my argument and gain at least quarterly visits and take the bank child support down to 5k and $900 of my ex's legal fees. Do not waist your money here!

I called Cravens and Knoll about a possible medical mp case on a Friday, Dec 13th . ~I was scheduled for a consultation with the Atty the following tuesday, 12/17/2025. ~The Monday right before, i received a confirmation text. ~My family thought it important to also be present to speak with the attorney since it was such an emotional ordeal for us as a family, so my husband took 1/2 off to be with us at the 1:00pm. ~At 1:12pm the day of the appt., today!, we receive a call from their representative stating that the attorney just looked at my case and decided not to discuss the matter. I asked her why wasn't this call made yesterday or this morning, prior to my scheduled day and time? She said that the atty just received the info. When i asked, "why just now?" She stated, "Well, because he was in court all morning". I asked, "why not yesterday" and she said, "thats not to say you don't have a case, we just choose not to discuss it more." Then she offered me the lawyer referral number. ~My husband was disappointed and i was too because he took off work unnecessarily and our housing hold will be missing income because of their seemingly lack of consideration. ~I told her they should be ashamed for doing so.
