They were polite over the phone and in person. From a client standpoint you get what you pay for (which I had no upfront costs or fees which was great) I didn't feel like they had my best interest because I had to stay on top of the situation and reiterate my case and argue my truth to get a few things accomplished. Was sent to a clinic for therapy and billed for what I thought were diagnosis to help my case but only charged for therapy that didn't help before I could communicate with my attorney by then it was too late. (Given a discount by northwest however so thank you for that) I now understand they are used to dealing with some of interesting people so they do what they can I suppose.
