⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 When I first got a letter of summons in the mail, I was beyond confused and scared. Not only did I not know what why this person was doing this, I am a full time college student thinking her life is going to be over due to false allegations. I struggled with either going the public defender route, representing myself, all while still being a student. I searched great criminal defense lawyers and explained my case to many in the inquiry, but only Kadish law office called me back instantly and I had an appointment that very next day. I went inside that office terrified, crying—not knowing where to begin as everything still had me confused. Once I explained everything to Mr. Kadish, he took my case with no hesitation and ensured me that everyone was going to be fine. Meeting Heather that same day, she is the most kindest and smartest paralegal I have seen (also very stylish ). Samantha who works the front desk ( stylish as well) is also amazing and extremely sweet. All of them there reminded me that things like this take time but the communication and compassion while going through this has been amazing. While Mr. Kadish is to the point he makes you understand the issues of your case, the next steps, and what he is going to do to help you. Once the paperwork was finalized he jumped right in and made it known all contact goes through him. They handled everything for me and got my case DISMISSED. While I did not ever want to meet great people in this way, I am so thankful that I made the decision to pick this law firm. My initial impression of Mr. Kadish quickly acknowledged his high intellect and a comprehension of the law that made me feel it was in my best interest to retain him. He later demonstrated knowledge of how the rule of law was applied by different factions of the justice system and only the best attorneys have this combination of expertise and intuition yielding the best possible outcome for clients. I found Kadish after discovering my future was in jeopardy with serious charges stemming from a single event from 3 yrs ago that I foolishly considered as an innocuous mistake swept under the rug. It wasn't until the clerk casually mentioned a bench warrant was issued while I was paying off parking tickets. A conviction would of cost me my new job in NY and I was moving in two weeks, up to 90 days in jail, possibly the loss of my drivers license and all my high security DoD clearances needed for my job would be voided. Despite some undisputable evidence that on the surface seemed to support the state's case, Mr. Gadish and his unique understanding of MD law used this evidence in concert with a theory put out by the DA that not only lacked proof but actually contradicted the established facts. The judge declared me innocent of all charges and I would recommend retaining Mr. Kadish should you face a criminal charge with the potential to destroy everything you've worked so hard to achieve. N.B. - wear your thick skin with Mr. Kadish, some may find his comments possibly insulting but I assure you he has your best interest at heart.
