I cannot thank the wonderful lawyers who handled my medical malpractice case enough! I spoke to Justin Kuhn, Chad Bradford and Skyler Esch personally throughout my case. It took awhile, but they kept me updated as it progressed. It was Justin who believed in my case to start with, he was so kind and considerate about allowing my children to be informed due to my health issues. I had to spend some time in a nursing facility in 2024. When it was time for my deposition, Justin set it up to be done in my room there, it made it so much easier for me being in a wheelchair, unable to travel at that time! He coached me through it the day before so I knew how to handle all the questions properly. The next day I met Chad Bradford and Skyler Esch, who were there for the deposition and handled my case until it was done. They were both so very kind, and easy to talk to, like talking to friends, not lawyers. Chad always took extra time, sent many emails and phone calls to make sure I understood everything. He even called me on New Year's Eve and on his child's birthday to share good news about the case with me, he did not have to do that, but he did and those calls really mean a lot to me. My case has had a great outcome, much better than I expected thanks to their hard work and expertise! I am so blessed my daughter found Cohen & Malad, she spoke with Justin and he got everything going for, then Chad Bradford and Skyler took care of my case until it was completed. I highly recommend the great lawyers at Cohen & Malad, and I would absolutely hire them again!
