By far the worst experience of my life paid 5000!dollars that they said I had to file 13 when I only needed chapter 7 never does the attorney actually call you deal with lousy paralegals and third party answering services hope is a lost cause she needs to retire know nothing except to take a message wants to charge you for everything and by far the worst attorneys go to anyone else they will steer you in the right direction should have went their first do your homework and don’t believe the reviews probably made up so done with them now want to charge me 750 dollars to send a letter or their saying motion did it myself for 45 bucks with a atty hired from pbc court system smh

I came to Mr. Cohen in the summer of 2019, around August. I needed to file for bankruptcy and saw his reviews to be outstanding. I met with him, and his reviews were as described but better! He was super friendly, explained every detail word for word, Answer all questions I had. He truly does care about his clients. It wasn't a business transaction like most attorneys, it was a personal matter that he took in his own hands. He wanted everything for me to go in my favor and worked with me on payment arrangements and so listen to personal issues I was going through. What can I say, he was truly a great attorney to work with, and did everything he said he would do, and made this ordeal less stressful to go through. He truly is a good man, and a man of his word. Brian and his staff are so nice, caring and professional. Filing a BK is a rough experience to go through but they worked really hard to make it as easy and painless as possible. I have a lot of respect for Brian and would highly recommend his services to any of my friends or family. He is very good at what he does...without that typical arrogance you see so much of with other attorneys. I really like him!

I had met with several bankruptcy lawyers before sitting down with Mr Cohen, and let me save anyone considering filing for bankruptcy a lot of time -- Brian Cohen is by far the most respectful, polite and knowledgeable of any of the other "top Bankruptcy lawyers" in WPB. I had seen him on TV, as well as seeing his billboards all over, so I thought I would be meeting one of his staff or if I did meet with him, it would be a quick 5 minute meeting and thats it... I was wrong on both counts! He spent time with me, explaining all my options to me, with no pressure! Each of the other lawyers I met with either seemed too busy to care about my situation or were so full of themselves that they spent half the time telling me about all their credentials, etc. Mr. Cohen focused only on MY situation. And for someone with as much experience as he has, he was both humble and down to earth. I cannot recommend him enough! For anyone needing to file for bankruptcy, or even if you are considering it, you owe it to yourself to at least make a visit to see Mr. Cohen.... you will be glad you did.
