When your client ask for a fast and speedy, which is very much within the rights of the justice system and Cogswell refused to file it. Then ask his client to waive his right to a jury trial and just let the judge decide because Mr. Cogswell is lazy and dont want to put in any work. Court appointed or payed, you are to represent your clients to the best of your ability. I would give negative stars if possible. No wonder your office is rated 3.8 stars.

Seriously the BEST group I have ever dealt with. Had a few different lawyers over the past 10 years. Did not think people like Cody and Joe still existed. Cody is my divorce lawyer and Joe is the most intelligent, hard working, divorce mediator and complex litigation paralegal. They take your case seriously and treat it as if was their own life on the line. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone to call them. You will be forever grateful!!!!!

I hired this firm to represent me in a child support case. The person I met with for my consultation never spoke to me again after that. My case was handled instead by Josh, who was professional and seemed to know what he was doing - except only a few days before my hearing, I found out Cody would be showing up instead. Josh said he would attend court also since he was more familiar with my case, but the day of the hearing came and Josh was not there. Cody showed up 20 minutes late, which annoyed the judge and cost us time to make our case. He did not know the details of my situation when he showed up to court that day. Very unimpressed with this firm and their "services".

I work for a personal injury firm and we had someone call us in regard to property/estate law. We do not practice this kind of law but still felt the need to help this individual because they were going though a rough time. I call Cogswell and Associates, for they mention "Estate Planning" on their website, and the lady who answered the phone was super rude. The second she figured out she could not help us she hung up on me without even saying bye. I do not recommend this law office.

The case that Cody worked on was my first time ever needing a lawyer. I wasn't very optimistic in the beginning but Cody delivered on the promise he made concerning my case. His staff was also easy to get in touch with.
