If I could give zero stars, I would. I arrived a bit late and asked if I should reschedule. The receptionist assured me it wouldn’t be an issue, but then I was prompted to pay the $250 consultation fee. I had to rush to an ATM across the street to make a cash payment. Upon returning, I was informed that the lawyer had an appointment that the receptionist was “unaware” of. When they offered to reschedule, I agreed. However, they then requested that I pre-pay, which was absurd. The most frustrating part was that if the lawyer had actually had another meeting, I would have paid for a significantly shortened session. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different firm. Look for lawyers who prioritize their clients’ well-being over just money. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I called your Bloomington office today, 06/21/2024, for information regarding your civil litigation and/or contract litigation services, and your receptionist hung up on me. I explained to her that I wasn't sure which type of representation I would qualify for due to my situation with my landlord and the pest control company they contract with, which is why I was asking for information about those two specifically. I wasn't even on the phone with her for two minutes and she hung up on me. This was the first time I have ever called your office, so I don't exactly understand what the issue is in providing me with information even if the lawyers couldn't have helped me, which I won't know now whether they could have or not. If she is who you have available to set the first impressions of your business, it's a terrible first impression.
