Despite my attempts to communicate regarding a ticket matter, I did not receive the level of responsiveness I expected. Despite reaching out multiple times, including a phone call in early March, I did not receive a callback as promised. While I was informed that my ticket was mailed out on the 29th of March, I had specifically requested a call back which never occurred. Effective communication is paramount in legal matters, and unfortunately, this aspect was lacking in my experience with Charles Mead and the law office."

First speeding on record. Attorney was only able to reduce to no points and then had to pay full ticket plus 85 fee. Not a great job. Do yourself a favor and hire ticketclinic or others who are actually able to fight. I know that if I showed up myself I would have done as good if not better given the circumstances of my ticket. Avoid.

By far the best attorney in southern Florida. I have used Mr Mead a few times and this man knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Reasonably priced, very pleasant and his assistant Patty is very nice and informative as well.
