"I regret to say that my recent experience with Charles Mead and the law office was disappointing. Despite my attempts to communicate regarding a ticket matter, I did not receive the level of responsiveness I expected. Despite reaching out multiple times, including a phone call in early March, I did not receive a callback as promised. While I was informed that my ticket was mailed out on the 29th of March, I had specifically requested a call back which never occurred. Effective communication is paramount in legal matters, and unfortunately, this aspect was lacking in my experience with Charles Mead and the law office."
