I grew up in Mustang, Oklahoma in a household that believed in the value of hard work.
I have applied that work ethic to studies, athletic endeavors, and throughout my professional career as a lawyer. After graduating from Mustang High School I attended Southern Nazarene University for four years, captaining the soccer team for 3 years, before being offered the opportunity to play professional soccer. After playing professionally for a time I returned home to complete my education.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. I then began working for the Oklahoma City Police Department as a dispatch trainee. I quickly rose through the ranks to become the youngest 911 Supervisor in the history of the police department. While I loved the work and helping keep my community safe, I continued to feel the long standing desire to become a lawyer.
Therefore, after 5 years with the department I applied for and was accepted to the Oklahoma City University, School of Law. While in law school I continued to work overnight as a dispatcher. The summer after my first year of law school, I worked as an intern with the City of Enid's City Attorney's Office, where I helped rewrite and update the city ordinances.
Months later, I earned my Licensed Legal Intern status from the Oklahoma Supreme Court, which allowed me to defend and take depositions and attend Pre-hearing Conferences, while still finishing my Juris Doctorate (J.D.). I was then hired by a firm as an intern to help injured Oklahomans. Upon receiving my J.D. in 2012, I continued my work in the Workers' Compensation arena for defense firms. While I enjoyed defending businesses from frivolous or abusive workers' compensation claims I felt strongly that my heart was with injured Oklahomans and I went back to working for a firm prosecuting injury cases like yours in July, 2017.
My experience defending insurance carriers has shown me exactly what they are scared of and which strategy to implement in the prosecution of your injury case in order to win you the maximum amount of benefits allowed by Oklahoma law. We settle your case when it is in your best interest and when you agree with me on that strategy. If it isn't in your interest to settle, I then go to the Courthouse for you.
I would be honored to partner with you in the handling of your injury case. I know that most often, these incidents turn lives upside down. While the legal process does take time and there are some parts of the process which we cannot speed up, we get started quickly and make sure that everything in the process which we control, happens as quickly as possible. While other attorneys may let the insurance company drive the timeline of your case, we get out in front of your case so that we control the narrative as much as possible.

Denielle Chaney was an AMAZING lawyer for us in a step-parent adoption case that went to trial. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and available. My wife and I cannot recommend her enough. I'd give 10/5 stars if I could.
