David represented me in unusual retaliation based charges and I left the Court room acquitted and vindicated from the behavior of a group of managers I often defended employees from in a union role at Clackamas County. He's very skilled recognizing and exploiting prosecutor's weaknesses and formulating a solid defense from the start. Going to Court he will skillfully attack errors and openings in State witness testimony and not let them wander or avoid questioning and demonstrated he will expose them in context of their testimony. He will press the judge to hold to legal rules and precedence and has good presence and presentation to the jury. I hired him to fight a traffic ticket and was told he would most likely be able to get it reduced to taking a driver safety course since I had a clean driving record, so I hired him for $450. When it came to the day of court he tells me “oh they don’t do that and never drop tickets, the best I can do is get the police officer to lower it.” So he lied to get me to hire him when he knew he could never do that in the first place. He’s a fraud!
