I was originally referred to Castle Law and Tim Del Castillo from a colleague who knew that I needed top notch legal representation. I had a labor dispute with a prestigious celebrity and his legal council was some of the best in California so I needed similar representation. I met with Tim and discussed my case with him. He was very professional and definitely knew case law and how to properly proceed with my case. I trusted that he would lead me down the legal path that would yield the results I deserved. The trial process can’t be changed and although the court system took their time in getting to my case, Tim stayed positive and was always reassuring when I was doubting the legal system and their timeliness (or I guess you could say, untimeliness). When my opposition stepped up his legal game, so did Tim. He consulted with a fellow attorney and formed a legal team to tackle my case. I never wavered in my trust of Tim’s decisions and in the end, we had a very favorable result with my case. Through this process, I gained a friend in Tim and if I ever need similar legal counsel, I won’t hesitate to call him. If you are in a similar situation, I would obviously recommend you do the same.

Through a lifetime career in business as well as a long drawn-out divorce, I have worked with a half dozen attorneys in my life and Tim is quite simply the best I have ever worked with. In a word, he is exceptional. He is not only highly capable and knowledgeable about the law, but he also listens, is personable, accessible, and is completely honest and trustworthy on every level. Even though he always gave me the final word, my decisions always followed his counsel, which always ended up being the best option. Probably the most impressive thing about him is that although he proved to be a highly skilled and deft negotiator, he never abandoned his principles or basic decency. He never stooped to treat my ex-employer in a punitive fashion, but rather worked things out in a way that found resolution, and at the same time always kept me as the priority and made sure that I was advocated for in the most complete way possible. In the end not only did he minimize the stress and make the process easy, for the first time in my life I went through a legal process and actually grew to enjoy it (which is kind of amazing…). Not only does Tim maintain the highest possible standards of professionalism, but so does his office staff. From the start, Gade Hamilton conducted the initial screening, was highly responsive, and proved to be invaluable at key points through the process. Very much like Tim, her communication style was relaxed and conversational while at the same time moving things forward in a natural way. By agreement I cannot talk about details of my case, but I can say how I feel about the results: In short, they exceeded my most optimistic expectations and I have an immense amount of gratitude regarding my fortune of finding Castle Law. In summary, like all the other people leaving reviews here (except the one, which frankly I find a bit bizarre), without reservation I would whole-heartedly recommend Tim as your first choice with any labor matter.
