Dont bother paying this guy to represent you. Paid him $6500 to get my Dad off the hook for a 3rd OWI, promised him he would get him the least of a sentence possible and did absolutely the complete opposite. I met the guy once and he looked weak and scared in his shoes. Terrible personal defense attorney. A public defender could have done a better job. He isnt even withdrawn from the case and thinks hes done with it. Also, do some research about the numerous client misconduct charges hes had, google will bring it right up. His license should have been revoked. Should tell you the kind of person he is.

My experience with mr Carson was horrible. The 1st I have ever paid for an attorney and he definitely tried to scam me out of 10,000. Very unprofessional unproductive, Disrespectful, And self-centered. Public defense was better IN ONE SITTING. Wish I could give him 0 stars.

Extremely unprofessional and waste of money! “Represented” me for almost a year. Still didn’t know my name let alone my case. Would go months with not hearing from him. He failed to meet deadlines. Had to do most of the work myself. Ended up firing him, representing myself and got a better outcome than he was saying I could get. Never hired a lawyer before but for anyone looking for one I would recommend doing homework before hiring one like Chris Carson!
