Joseph Patchen is no good. Asked him to spell his rates on his engagement letter as he only included lawyer fees and not paralegals. Wanted paralegals rates included and he threw a fit and said we arent a fit. Sounds like they just want to arbitrarily bill there client with no transparency. Be careful of this firm.

Four months before his death, an attorney with this firm convinced my elderly father to name them as co-executor of his estate. They informed no one in his family, including the other co-executor. At every point they have made this terrible thing that happened even worse and acted only in their best interest. If you think this firm cares about you or your family, please let my experiences disabuse you of that fallacy. **Update: Rather than reach out to me, the firm posted the following reply. Thank you for making my point for me. This is how they will treat your beneficiaries. **2nd update: The update to your response is a lie. No one from your firm made any attempt to reach out to me. When I did contact the attorney handling this estate, he declined to explain even his own billing and forwarded me a link to the Franklin County Probate Court website.
