Nothing personal with Cantrell himself, but Mr Arnold has a bad communication problem. You call, you get a voice mail or an assistants voice mail( one of the 3 he has had the last 2 years). You ask a professional question, he could not answer, I understand probate is hard, lots of laws, and upset family members. But the questions I've asked still , 2 years have not been answered. I resigned as administrator because I don't want to be sued for his lack of abilities, Also set up 2 appointments with him which he cancelled last min supposed to see a judge to answer some of the questions he could not answer, never seen that happen .Overall this was and still is a mess.

They always kept us informed of everything and was fast to act on the things that needed attention. Not sure what we would have done without them.
