I’d leave a zero if I could. Over 2 years of a complete mess. No one would listen to me, I was laughed at for asking questions, I was misinformed when it came to a lot of information. Nothing I reported to them ever landed. I was constantly repeating myself to what seemed like a brick wall. My demand package was wrong due to this. I tried to get out from under them but my case was too far along by the time I realized how poorly mine was being handled. Other attorneys I consulted with said the case was drug out way further than it should have been and I 100% believe that. I wasn’t going to report due to the office being in new hands, but it seems those hands haven’t improved and I’m over it. Here we are, a year after settlement, and I am being told that not all of my bills are paid and the amount is wrong. While they were able to settle it, this was a bill at a highly respected, local chiropractor. The law office has made them so irritable that I don’t feel comfortable ever showing my face there again. I’ve been going there for over a decade. It’s embarrassing and unacceptable. The law office tried to blame the chiropractor. Told me they charged me too much (as if that’s their call to make), and saying they should essentially be expected to settle. I expressed I was uncomfortable talking poorly about the office when I knew they weren’t the ones at fault. This case was a disaster and there has been zero accountability. Overall very unprofessional and an absolute joke. I do not recommend them. Quite frankly I wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them.
