I feel for all of the folks who have to deal with these terrible people. I am coming from the employer side, trying to help one of my employees resolve an issue and this agency has the rudest people I have ever encountered and she's the president of the company! She would not even let me get a word in during our phone call, yelling at me. They sent mail to the wrong address, to the wrong people and accuse you of it being your fault when it was theirs all along! And they refuse to update their mailing info. I'm shocked how they can still operate. If I could leave zero stars I would, these people are the despicable and feel no shame in treating anyone horribly.

These people are bottom feeders. Just to make everyone aware they are suppose to provide you with a copy of the judgment and serve you with it. as well as the order. It is against the law if they dont. They are also to serve you personally with the transcript of Judgment which is docketed for $5 after the order of judgment and they are also to serve you personal with that as well. if they Bruck law does not do this as well it is against the law. They can loose their law lic and not practice. If they take you to the commissioners office and make you pay. File a grievance to the bar office in madison so they loose their lic to practice to stop these unmoral people.

The judge instructs you to visit these ppl in hope of receiving help or direction. Very poor in communication. Their lobby is “locked” due to Covid epidemic. It’s August of 2024 by the way. Locked Lobby’s and mask aren’t required. A very old woman racist woman will sit and gossip to the attorneys right in of the glass windows, clearly visible. Loudly stating how she said “they weren’t in office”.. two other women just scrolling their phones and looking at you , like you’re crazy. They lie about who’s in office. You can hear the staff talking in back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNFAIR TREATMENT! And based off reviews they’ve been a very poor treating office.

Over the last 26 years, I have unfortunately have had dozens of medical bills turned into collection agencies and this has occurred over nine states. Each and everyone has been willing to enter into a payment agreement. That is until Bruck. I had sent them $119.08 (cashier check) and promised to make 23-more payments. They refused it. I then tried to negotiate with them to take payments of $238.15 over a 12-month payment agreement and would not do that over the phone, either. They stated that I had to turn over my financial data to them and then they would make a judgment on what would and would not work. Outside of them not being willing to work with me, as almost everyone on the reviews state, very rude.

This place and the president of this company is a joke. Last week, I called them to make a payment and they agreed to accept the payment of over 900 dollars in money orders. Well today I got a letter in the mail from this company and inside was the money orders and a letter stating they wouldn't accept them as it wasn't the full amount. I called them and left a voice-mail. They called me back and left me a voice mail I called them back and got to talk to the head person. She stated that they wouldn't accept the payment as it wasn't for the full amount. I asked why they didn't tell me they wouldn't accept it. She started talking to me and I accidently interrupted her. She stated with an attitude that I better not interrupt her and let her telk so I said go on. After her going off on me, I thought I could talk and started talking and calling her mam. She interrupted me and said that I better not call her mam. And I said no I'm going to call you mam because I'm trying to be respectful and then she was like I'm done with this conversation and said they wouldn't accept the payment as it wasn't full payment for what I supposedly owed and hung up. This company is extremely unprofessional and I have no idea how they are still in business. And she comes off as just like she looks. A big Karen.
