I cannot recommend Allen Browning and his team. A few years ago, I had a promising start with them; they said all the right things and made me feel hopeful. However, out of nowhere, they dropped my case without any prior notice, which was both heartbreaking and disappointing. This was particularly difficult for me as it was my first experience seeking legal action, and being young and inexperienced in such matters left me feeling lost. I did my best to provide all the necessary information, including documentation and doctor's notes, but it never seemed to be enough for them. I only had the chance to meet with Allen Browning once, and I felt a lack of patience and support throughout the process. While I understand that my injury was not their fault, I believe law firms should take accountability for their commitments and avoid making promises they can't keep. It's been a few years, and the situation still frustrates me deeply. Additionally, I found it quite striking how everyone was friendly and kind at first, but once they dropped my case, their demeanor became hostile and rude.

Just be careful have Browning law Handle your case I had a rear end collision the other driver was 💯 at fault totaled my car and had them take my case.Thinking Alan was working my case I was wrong for thinking he would personaly be working on it he spent possibly 10 min on the case. His legal aids all 5 I had to reexplain my case to everytime they switched on me one of the switches took almost 5 months without anyone dealing with it.I explained to the first one that my personal health insurance had been billed by the hospital and didn't feel my insurance should be footing the bill.This was overlooked all the way till closing after agreeing on an amount I would receive I was asked to stop by and sign a settlement check only after signing was I informed that they had missed the 8000 to the hospital and my settlement amount would be less than the amount quoted.They took it upon themselves to call my insurance and have them cover 3000 of the bill to the hospital.than when I asked them if they would take less just like they expected all involved care providers to do so I could see the amount of settlement that I was supose to they of course would not even consider it all and all was worst customer service possible would never recommend them for anything.
