Very disappointing agency. Does not sound like they know what they are doing. They ask the same questions over and over again. They ask for a down payment and then have an admin give you a call to ask the same questions. They sound very unprofessional after my husband speaking to them for 40 minutes I hopped on the phone to speak to them because if they are an immigration office they should know the process of paperwork and what are the steps to take with the packages of adjustment of status. Kinda scary when you depend on attorneys to take your case to court and they do not sound like they can help with the case.
