Very personable and disarming! Michael came as a reference from a former boss of mine. After two (2) years w/ the company I'm working for they hit me w/ a Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation form and told me that a condition of my employment w/ the company is me signing said form. It's complete BS and I needed to know in a hurry the merit and implications of signing such a form. He quickly sent me a retainer that outlined his fee, charged me for 2 hours of his time when he could have hit me for more, and equipped me w/ the information I needed to have/know to make an informed decision before signing the documents.
