Marc Breakstone is an absolute legend! He's like better call Saul except more badass (and obviously doesn't break the law lol). Marc and his team took care of everything for me. I barely had to lift a finger. And the settlement was FAR above what I was expecting. I found Marc and his firm through a list of the top personal injury firms in Boston after I was injured riding my bike in the bike lane. I decided on Marc and his team after reading the stellar reviews he had on google. I am deeply thankful for attorney Marc Breakstone, his assistant Christine, and everything they was able to do for me and my case: While riding my scooter in a bike lane, a parked car opened their door causing me to crash into it. I suffered a broken hand, a concussion (requiring staples in my scalp), abrasions all over my body, and a hematoma in my leg. I didn’t even wake up til being loaded into the ambulance. While missing work and only being able to do light-duty activities while my arm was in a cast, I attempted calling the person’s car insurance company to try and work things out without a lawyer. They denied my claim stating that scooters were not covered. I became fearful of all my medical bills stacking up and was given Marc’s info as a referral. Immediately, he made me feel better. He explained there there was ample coverage in the person’s policy to take care of all my bills and so to just focus on getting myself healed. My hand required an expensive surgery and PT, and I also needed follow-ups for my head, neck, and leg. After recovering, Marc made sure everything was taken care of.
