This law firm is a must use if in need of any legal services in any county. I highly recommend it. Mr. Brannen and his team are very professional, consistent, persistent , and understanding. They also provide a warm heartfelt , loving atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Their goal is to be fully committed , and invested into your situation. Also to listen , strategize , aim and execute ensuring you the best possible outcome for whatever your situation is. This firm is the best fit for seeking and retaining legal counsel if you’re ever in need. From me to you a big thank you to the entire team at Brannen Law. May GOD continue to Bless the families of this firm AMEN 😇 HAPPY NEW YEAR !

(Edit on review at bottom) If I could give him a negative score I would. I had a case assigned to him through "Off The Record". Not only was the communication absolutely horrible. From ignoring my calls to the point I had to contact or call from my wife phone to pick up. He did nothing he said. Paid $1200 for at least to have him push my case back 6 months to give me time to situate somethings. After contacting "Off the Record" due to not being able to connect with him after paying my money. My case was put on the docket for 30 days later. Which I know was a retaliatory action. I was supposed to have special driving privileges with it. He in turn charged a separate fee for that. He called me and told me he would only charge me the $200 instead of the $300 he normally charges because I was a past client. But in turn he added the other $100 onto my court fees. I wouldn't have left a review and just let him do what he do and let karma square with him. But that last little tacky slick move was over the top. Especially when I had to call the clerk of court to figure out if he had even really filed the Special Driving privileges. To find out he filed them 5 days after I was told, and there was information left off, so the judge sent the paperwork back. Gods favor for the clerk working with me and gathering my information over the phone and correcting and resubmitting the information to the judge that I got the privileges. So, I paid him the extra $300 to help him run the race. But as a lawyer I would expect he's at least doing descent, to beat me out of $100 dollars start to speak volumes about a person character, not only their work. As I see communication and follow through is a big issue with him. Had I read some of these reviews beforehand. There's no way I would have gone with him. But of course, "Off the Record" said they would refund me if the problems continued to exist. But once they collected their fees, they also act like the conversation never happened. EXPECTED WAY MORE FROM HIM... but if you couldn't give me anything at least give me honesty. And his paralegal or assistant has an attitude that needs to be adjusted as well!!! (EDIT TO REVIEW): Not sure if Mr. Brannen read the review. BUT THE NEXT DAY I WAS REFUNDED THE $100 DOLLARS I WAS REFERENCING) Without prompting. So that SPEAKS TO CHARACTER AS WELL!!! More appreciative as a man but precaite that good business... Worth at least 2 more Stars!!!

Mr. Brannen was appointed by the court to represent me. I was very disappointed with him. Having had no need of an attorney in my 64 years, I had no experience with lawyers or the court system. My case was continued over and over again. He did not return my calls and I never knew what was going on. I did not want to or need to take up an inordinate amount of his time. I am sure that court appointed cases do not pay as much as defendant paid cases, but if he takes them, then he should allow honest representation. Not HONEST!! One star is too high.

I’ve known Mr. Brannen since he was fresh out of law school and back then he was already a powerhouse in the making! This man has handled my first felony, my child support mess, and even my divorce back in 2020. He answers the phone and will even return your calls. His staff is top notch to say the least. I’d take him any day as my attorney(paid or appointed). This man has truly been a personal blessing to my life for almost 10 years now and I don’t say that lightly. He’s been there when even family hasn’t. Thanks for everything Mr. Brannen!

Was gifted a court appearance after a traffic stop on a road trip. Got a ticket that would've gotten my license taken. Brannen law got a continuance which kept it off my record so I could get a new job. The day after my birthday they got my charges reduced to a fine that wont increase my insurance or hit my credit. Felt like a second birthday.
