Anton and his team are amazing. They are consistent, communicative, and exhibit perseverance even when things are tough. My case seemed simple and straightforward at first—I was rear-ended by a person who was driving well beyond the speed limit (as confirmed by the police when they arrived on the scene). My car was totaled, I lost various personal items, had two car seats in the vehicle, sustained injuries, and more. Unfortunately, the person who rear-ended me wasn’t the owner of the vehicle, so the insurance information provided at the scene was inaccurate. Anton had to track down the driver’s personal insurance policy. Once he successfully acquired the policy information, the driver’s insurance carrier denied responsibility because the driver had given them a false account of the incident. At this point, the police report still hadn’t been filed, so Anton called me and asked if I could get in touch with any witnesses. Thankfully, when the incident occurred, I had called my wife from another person’s phone. I was able to retrieve their contact information, and they were willing to provide a statement. During all of this, Anton connected me with the necessary providers to receive ongoing treatment for my injuries—all of whom were excellent and accommodating. In the end, Anton was able to secure the full amount of the driver’s insurance coverage. My car loan was paid off, I received reimbursement to replace my car seats, and Anton even paid my hospital bill from the day of the accident out of his own pocket so that I could receive my entire one-third share of the settlement.
