I was involved in an accident where a semi truck made an illegal backing, right into my car. They kept me well informed throughout the entire process. They also did not blow smoke up my butt about how much money I would be getting. They tell you how it is. They tell you if they think your injury is worth a little or a lot. They are very prompt about responding to emails and phone calls when you contact them for/with information. The office is always very clean. The staff are always smiling and polite. I was always offered a water when I walked in and the waiting area is comfortable. No hard chairs that wreck your back or butt. No long wait times. Very punctual about their appointments. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has been injured in an accident.
