I worked with Bolger law firm briefly and would definitely discourage anyone with a personal injury case, especially one that is not related to a car accident from working with this firm. I have been waiting on writing this review to give him the benefit of the doubt because he had a health issue, but I just got off the phone with him and he has been back at work and still failed to write back to me. At a certain point in my case when he had trouble answering my questions he became totally unresponsive until I would follow up multiple times. I have an uncle who was a personal injury lawyer and the whole time he was concerned on how Richard Bolger was handing my case from a strategic standpoint. He was very passive and ultimately I wish he hadn’t signed onto it as it did more harm than good to work with someone who wasn’t skilled in that purview of personal injury and then became unresponsive. It seems for some other types of law he does a good job, but I would caution those with a personal injury case especially anything outside of car accidents which seem to be more typically in his wheel house from working with him.
