I was referred to them by a attorney in bankruptcy court. I would like to tell that attorney please 🛑. It's in my gut that my bankruptcy was handled very carelessly. I was trying to make the best decision to save what I had left and still ended up loosing my items when I had the rights to retrieve my items from Royal Market Flea market. I do not know if they even filed the proper injunction. They were sending the wrong name to my creditor 3 times. They started off amazing. Once I started making my payments. That was a rap. Abram and Josh made promises that were never kept. Nothing was explained. Questions I did ask the answers were untrue. I have NEVER been as stressed out as I have been since joining this law firm. Thank you Boleman Law RVA! Earlier this month, I began the process of filing for bankruptcy to alleviate severe financial burdens I could no longer maintain payments on. I was downright terrified coming into the office for my consultation and had no idea what to expect. Mrs. Tracy Wright at the front desk welcomed my husband and I with a warm smile and kind words, and guided us through filling out our paperwork for the consultation. Her kind demeanor made us feel incredibly safe and valued. Our intake was done by Noah Wright, an immensely knowledgeable and understanding young man. He took the time to answer all of our questions, broke down some myths about bankruptcy we had believed, and made the intake process smooth and comfortable. As we chatted, I felt the weight of my financial burdens being lifted. Then, we met with attorney Joshua Moger, who broke down the monthly payment I'd be making to Boleman if I moved forward, and helped my husband and I understand our monthly finances. With a better understanding of our financial situation, we were ready to begin the process of filing. After our consult, I was immensely relieved. I began to have hope for the future that had seemed lost for a very long time. For my signing appointment, I met again with both of the Wrights, who were just as helpful and kind on the second visit as they were the first. My signing was completed by attorney Abram Gagnon. He answered all the remaining questions I had about filing and truly made me feel at ease as we completed the process. I cannot thank these folks at Boleman Law firm enough for the relief they have granted me. I went from being stuck in a cycle of backpay to being hopeful for my financial future!
