I had a bad experience. I.had water damage due to a roofing job that the HOA had hired. Triad assessed and we.pretty much agreed on damages.Daniel Kennell. was a very inexperienced attorney to handle my case . I should have fired him!!!! Daniel wanted 3 cost amounts from 3 flooring Companies. He expressed it should not be itemized. All.three companies balked and refused to.come.up with a dollar amount . They said that. is crazy.I should have fired him then.!!! We were never on the same page. I do not feel he understood the scope of my case I feel Triad. did.understand my case.He understands very.little about HOA law. I should have fired him!!! Daniel did a bad job of representing me so my settlement will not cover my expenses.!!! He caved.to the insurance adjusters whims.It Only got worse because he does not seem to understand roofing companies have more resources than insurances. He was not experienced enough to access those resources. Should have fired him.!! In the beginning, I told him I would pay so we could Consult with a more experienced attorney. It was clear he was very.new at knowing what to do. There were.mistakes, like Filing Under the Wrong Statute.He ignored my concerns.He did not know how to deal with the Association. The attorney for the Association knew he was inexperienced because he filed under the wrong statute. Should have Fired him sooner!! Daniel once said to.me you are why insurance premiums go up. I said , fraud raises insurance Rates. I am not the problem. Should have fired him.!!!! I had approximately 65,000 dollars worth of Work. according to Triad. Daniel would say It was inflated.He was wrong.Triad understood the scope. I do not feel Daniel understood . Should have fired him!! Whatever the insurance adjuster said Daniel agreed. What a mess.!!! Infact someone from my board approached me and said, what was wrong with your attorney. I would not recommend Daniel Kennell at Boggs Law . I should have fired him on day one.

Don't ever use this law group . They have horrible representation and are also quitters and don't not finished the work they promise there clients. They ignore there clients and tell them false facts. They are liars.
